“We bridge the divide between stakeholders, workers, and the finished product.”

This will be accomplished through setting appropriate expectations, transparent communication patterns, as well as values based business.

    • Developing a clear scope of understanding with each client.

    • Setting realistic goals + timelines.

    • Planning for unknown challenges and setbacks by adding margin.

    • Creating a clear plan, assigning responsibility and documenting for accountability.

    • We strive to quickly learn your companies flow of communication, leadership structure and project operational systems/timelines.

    • We set 1hr weekly and 2hr monthly meetings with the relevant team members from each company/contractor involved.

    • We make sure communication systems are set up before taking on a project.

    • We strive to anticipate issues and properly alert the key decision makers when things change in a team oriented way. This keeps all relevant stake holders in the loop with the goal of avoiding broken trust through over promising and under-delivering.

    • We aim to have a culture that is intentionally shaped to represent a strong ethical and moral way of doing business.

    • We believe Integrity is the foundation, and that a strong commitment to Excellence is the result.

    • Respect comes in properly valuing each individuals inherent value and vital contribution regardless of role.

    • Tenacity binds us together by working hard and diligently to accomplish the goals set before us.

    • Teamwork becomes a reality when we do things in a kind, professional and supportive way.

    • Safety is established by all of the above because we care deeply about the success and safety of our team, the other people we work together with, as well as the companies we work for.

Safety Culture

Safety is a core value pillar of Teleray Comm’s operations. We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards across all projects by providing comprehensive training to our employees and clearly communicating expectations to our contractors and partners.

Our safety program is supported by our PPE requirements, ongoing training, documentation, and consistent enforcement to ensure a safe and reliable work environment for all personnel.

All operational leaders and subcontractors are required to maintain current OSHA 30 certification prior to working onsite. Additionally, we proactively assess, manage, and mitigate risk throughout the lifecycle of every project to protect our workforce, our clients, and the communities we serve.
